We ship primarily USPS Priority Mail. Invitations and other personalized products ship UPS and require a street address. If fax proof is required, please allow an additional 5 business days for shipping and there is an additional $14.00 charge for the proof. PLEASE NOTE THAT ADDITIONAL CHARGES ARE ADDED ON FOR FED-EX, EXPRESS MAIL, 2ND DAY AIR AND ANY OTHER EXPEDITED SHIPPING. RETURNS: THERE IS A 15% RESTOCKING FEE APPLIED WITH ANY RETURNS. FREIGHT CHARGES FOR RETURNS ARE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY. THE ONLY EXCEPTION TO THIS IS WHEN THE RETURN IS DUE TO AN ERROR IS ON OUR PART.
